Currently, she advises early-stage startups with diverse founders on building and scaling enduring businesses through her strategic growth consultancy, B12, and is a Venture Partner at Republic. Rani is a founding member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting exceptional women leaders. She has also served as a judge, guest lecturer and mentor for the London School of Economics’ Generate and Aspect accelerators, and as a mentor for First Round Capital.
